In America Halloween is a pretty big deal for kids, but in many Catholic countries (like the Philippines-visited there and p.s. it was awesome) they have all kinds of interesting holidays to celebrate their deceased loved ones. Day of the dead, All Souls Day, All Saints Day, etc. Of course for cat lovers our cats are family members. So I searched for something to do with cats, and I found this great piece of artwork created by Colonelle called "Dead Skeleton Mexican Lovers." I'm not Catholic or Mexican myself, but this is a great little piece. I love cultural stuff like this.
